It starts at EEMI, a school where product, marketing and front-end are taught in the same room. I never learned to see them as separate jobs.
After school I worked in UX design, on a retail app and on a quoting tool for insurance advisors. I kept one habit from those years: explain a complicated product in words a normal person would use.
